Title, name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail address, address for delivery, credit card information. Also, to ensure personalized offers you may be asked for occupation, income level, interests, or wine preferences.
HOW will that information be used?
The only aims of personal data collection is to help us offer you easy control of payment operations as well as setting up personalized features according to your preferences and latest purchases. Altaya Wines will only process your personal data for the purposes of managing its customer care services as well as providing you information about the products and offers of Vino1855.
HOW will the information be safeguarded?
Vino1855 shall safeguard your data to the best of our capacity. We shall keep it only for as long as is reasonably required for the above purposes or as required by applicable law. This includes keeping, for as long as reasonably required, such data as required for handling enquiries relating to any of the above purposes. Data held by the Company relating to a data subject will be kept confidential but the Company may provide such information when required by law or court order of any jurisdiction, or as requested by any government or law enforcement authority or administrative organization.
Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of order.
Method of payment is preferably in the form of bank transfer.
Upon receipt of proof of payment before 1pm, delivery can be arranged the next business day. Otherwise, an extra business day is required.
Personal cheques will take up to 3 business days to process.
Surcharge will apply for credit cards payment (Visa & Master) with approved accounts only.

The order will be valid for 7 days upon confirmation. If payment is not received during this period, the order will be voided automatically.
